RSE/R – Vertical dryer unloading roller way

The RSE machine has been designed to transport tiles exiting from a vertical roller or swing dryer and to vary their direction by 90° to the right or left on transport belts, automatically feeding any other machine located downstream.

RSE is modular in design, simple to operate and maintain. Parts subject to wear are minimal and easily replaceable.

There are two models of the RSE machine:

1. RSE/SP composed of (for vertical dryers with peg racks)
   • Motorized transport roller conveyor
   • Belt lifting group
   • Unidirectional or bidirectional side conveyor belt group
   • Connection pulley group
     
     
2. RSE/R composed of (for vertical dryers with roller conveyors)
   • Motorized transport roller conveyor
   • Belt lifting group
   • Unidirectional or bidirectional side conveyor belt group
   • Connection pulley group

Various versions are available based on the size of the tiles to be treated.
