TLA drying and fluid removal system for the manufacturing industry
Tecnomec Borghi offers solutions for all manufacturing industries that need to dry the surface of any material from any type of production liquid (water, condensation) or remove it, making the product suitable for further processing.
The TLA system – Air Knife Turbine with blowing structure, with its cutting-edge accessories (drainage rollers and various types of blowing lances) is capable of producing a high volume of air. The specially treated lances ensure less dirt during operation and are easier to clean.
As a result, the customer will enjoy simpler and faster routine maintenance, even in very dirty environments, resulting in significant savings. The lance has a dedicated profile that increases the air output speed and, with the same consumption, reduces operation times.
The filtering system, on the other hand, is designed to mount specific filters, in accordance with the various reference regulations (for example FEPA filters for food).
