MCT – Machine for loading/unloading tiles from baskets, with grippers
The MCT machine was designed and built to load and/or unload baskets from the transport roller conveyor and to load and/or unload basket trolleys.
MCT is modular in design, simple to operate and maintain. Parts subject to wear are minimal and easily replaceable.
The MCT machine is composed of the following main groups:
- Steel sheet frame
- Horizontal translation drive unit
- Horizontal mobile trolley group
- Basket gripper group (1 or 2 grippers depending on the case)
- Vertical translation motorization group (No. 1 or No. 2 depending on the case)
Various versions are available depending on the size of the tiles to be treated.
