SPTCA – Tangential brush with belts automatic

This is a patented automatic tangential brushing unit (No.0001368783) for the efficient cleaning and treatment of tiles on roller and in-line conveyors.

SPTCA is composed of the following main units:

• Steel frame

SPTCA consists of four counter-rotating brush belts with various types of brush inserts, specifically designed to suit the material being treated. The system allows installation in confined spaces with respect to the direction of rotation and the possibility of treating products with a minimum thickness of 80 mm up to 2500 mm, without any length limitations.

The innovative automatic adjustment system, configurable by the operator, monitors the wear of the brushing belts and guarantees constant pressure on the treated material.
