CMP – Vertical tongue compensator

The COMPENSER machine was designed and built to transport tiles along a roller conveyor line, compensating the flow by picking up or releasing rows of tiles onto the roller conveyor itself.

COMPENSER is modular in design, simple to operate and maintain. Parts subject to wear are minimal and easily replaceable.

The COMPENSER machine is composed of the following main groups:

• Structure in painted sheet steel
• Motorized mobile trolley group with tile row collection baskets
• Motorized tile transport roller conveyor

Various versions are available depending on the size of the tiles to be treated.
