MCE/PT – Loading machine orizontal roller dryers

The MCE/PT machine was designed to transport tiles coming from a belt conveyor line and to vary their direction by 90° to the right or left on the transport roller conveyor that feeds the dryer.

MCE/PT is modular in design, simple to operate and maintain. Parts subject to wear are minimal and easily replaceable.

There are two models of the MCE/PT machine:

1. MCE/PT composed of
   • Connection pulley group
   • Unidirectional side conveyor belt group
   • Belt lifting group
   • Motorized transport roller conveyor
   • Roller conveyor for placing tiles at the entrance to the dryer
     
     
2. MCE/2PT composed of
   • Connecting pulley groups
   • Bi-directional side conveyor belt group
   • Belt lifting group
   • Motorized transport roller conveyor
   • Roller conveyor for placing tiles at the entrance to the dryer

Various versions are available based on the size of the tiles to be treated.
